I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver and Parental Consent Form for participation in various activities organized by TEENOVATION for the Teens Hub Dubai Community.
TEENOVATION are facilitators and organize activities and create opportunities for gatherings but do not provide supervision. We are not liable for your teen. They have to behave in accordance to our code of conduct in a manner that is suitable to the environment and a parent must be aware of their whereabouts.
I understand that the activities organized by TEENOVATION and Teens Hub Dubai may involve certain risks and potential hazards. I acknowledge that my presence during these activities is strongly advised to ensure the safety and well-being of my child.
I acknowledge that I have been informed of the nature of the activities and have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification about any concerns.
I am aware that TEENOVATION for Teens Hub Dubai and its representatives have taken reasonable steps to provide a safe environment and conduct these activities responsibly. However, I understand that accidents and injuries can still occur.
I hereby assume full responsibility for the participation of my child in these activities and hereby release and discharge TEENOVATION, Teens Hub Dubai , its employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my child's participation.
I understand that, if I wish to cancel your membership, I need to notify Teenovation at least 30 days in advance of my next billing cycle. Please note that according to our membership policy, members are required to pay for one additional month after requesting cancellation. This allows us to process your cancellation and ensures that you have access to club benefits during the final month of your membership.`
Customer Information Usage: Customer information will not be used for any third party or other reasons. It is solely used for login purposes within the app.
All credit card transactions are processed securely through Stripe. The app does not store, process, or have access to any credit card details at any time.
Stripe is a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway, ensuring that all transactions meet the highest security standards to protect user payment information.
We collect user pictures solely for creating their profile within the app.
We collect device ID only for sending Firebase push notifications to users within the app
We utilize user voice notes within the chat feature to enhance communication.

Our community gatherings are for members only. Please refrain from inviting individuals from outside the community without prior approval from the organizers.

Embrace diversity and promote inclusion. Discrimination or exclusion based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.
Keep our conversations and interactions positive. Avoid hate speech, offensive language, or any behavior that may harm others emotionally or mentally.
Think before you post. Ensure that your contributions are respectful, constructive, and in line with our community values
Any Unethical Practices will not be tolerated.
If you encounter bullying, harassment, or any behavior that violates our guidelines, please report it to the moderators or administrators immediately. We are here to address such issues promptly.
Violation of this code of conduct may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal from the community, depending on the seriousness of the offense
